Thoughts on Leadership was born 2 years ago as a means to distribute Paul’s thoughts to individuals to help improve their leadership abilities. TOL isn’t specifically aimed at business leadership, rather for personal leadership. We believe that to be a better leader you need to leader yourself properly first, only then can you begin to lead people in business.
